Steel container for marble with fixed sideboard

Description

The Girlanda Fratelli Steel Container is an accessory, designed and built to lift, handle or store slab loads, especially suitable for marble slabs or slab stone material, especially suitable for kitchen tops, bathroom tops.  The container is covered with wooden boards on both the base and the wall. The Container is equipped with 4 hooks for lifting by crane.
The container can be used and operated with a self-propelled forklift truck or with a lifting device.
The Container is built in 2 models, which differ essentially in their overall dimensions and load capacity. It can also be supplied made to measure to meet any requirement.
It is also available with hot-dip galvanizing treatment or immersion painting.

The product complies with the following standards:

• Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE and subsequent integrations.
• UNI EN ISO 12100/1 and 12100/2 standards.
• When placed on the market, the container is provided with the CE marking, accompanied by the EC declaration of conformity and the instruction booklet.

• Basic load-bearing structure in welded steel profiles.
• Side structure upright in welded steel profiles.
• Removable post opposite the side in welded tubular steel section.
• Tubular element for coupling a removable post, welded to the base.
• Lateral hook for lifting attachment.
• Smooth fir wood support board on the side.
• Fir wood support board on the base structure.
• Snap-hook ring for rope retention, mounted on each side hook.

The 2 versions available differ in their external dimensions.
